Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships, and for marketing. In addition, the collected data may be used to develop the online service. The data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Content of the register
The data to be recorded in the register are: Person's name, company name, contact details (phone number, email address, address), website addresses, information on ordered services and their changes, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.
The information will be retained for the time being.
Regular sources of information
The data to be recorded in the register is obtained from the customer via email, phone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their information.
Information about contact persons of companies and other organisations can also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services and other companies.
Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Information is not regularly disclosed to third parties. Information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer. Information may also be transferred by the data controller outside the EU or EEA.
Principles of register protection
The data controller shall ensure that stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, are processed confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes such tasks.
Risks
Risks related to personal data include data breaches. Personal data stored in the register is protected against unauthorised access to the data and accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure, transfer, or other unlawful processing of the data.
Right of inspection and rights related to the processing of personal data
Every person registered has the right to inspect the data stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect data or the completion of any incomplete data.
If a person wishes to check information stored about them, request a correction, or ask for the deletion of personal data concerning them, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the requester to prove their identity. The data controller shall respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
